It’s been a month now and we are still going strong sticking to the Rock Climber’s Training Manual Routine. Between hangboard workouts we got out and did some moderates in Clear Creek yesterday taking advantage of a perfect 60° day at our backyard crag. It also marks roughly a year since we started climbing in the canyon and it’s safe to say that Clear Creek now fills the “home crag” slot on our climbing destination list. In the last year we have found our way to the top of ~120 routes with several hundred more to go and a number of crags we have yet to even visit. Here are a few pictures from our day in the canyon.

It’s been cool to hear from all of our climbing buddies about how their training has been going so far this winter, keep it up! Psyched to reap the benefits with you all soon.
